Warkworth & Amble, inland from the Northumberland coast. Just 5 miles from the A1 and is

serviced by Acklington railway station and local Arriva bus services.

This charming detached stone built cottage built in 1850 is in the picturesque village

of Acklington and close to the beautiful Northumberland coastline with its breathtaking

beaches and magnificent castles. 

 

Guests who enjoy the great outdoors & walking there is the Cheviot & Simonside hills which

is only a short car journey away. Cyclists can enjoy the coastal routes from Acklington

down to Warkworth and beyond and for the golfers there is 5 courses from Warkworth to

Berwick to enjoy.

 

Cherry Tree Cottage which sleeps up to six guests (sofa bed available) is tastefully furnished

and has two wood burning stoves for those cosy cuddle ups evenings.

Enclosed patio area with open views to the country side for alfresco dining will make for a 

complete, enjoyable and memorable holiday.
